Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the June 11 meeting were reviewed.  Lance Wang moved to approve the minutes.
Bob Ross seconded.  Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to send updated IBISCHK7 source license agreement document for review
  - Done


IBISCHK700 parser development:
Bob Ross said the developer sent a few questions, which were answered.  We had not
specified name length limits for [Bus Label] for example, but the bus_label limits
would apply.  One question was about allowing reserved words POWER, GND, NC, etc. as
bus_label, which we want to warn about.  Mike LaBonte noted that IBIS restricts those
words in general, not saying exactly where they are reserved.  The contract delivery
date was the next Friday.


IBISCHK7 source code license:
Bob Ross said we have not had feedback yet from SAE ITC on the updated license agreement.
He will send it to prospective parser purchasers.


New IBISCHK bugs:
No new bugs.


IBIS-ISS parser:
No discussion.
